It's Jules here coming to you from New York. Just thought I'd give you lovelies a little Brooklyn/Manhattan trend report while sharing my latest and greatest finds.

Rebecca Minkoff is a New York based designer. Known for her it-bags (most notably the "Morning After" bag) she'll be launching a line of women's wear next season. A reliable source tells me that Aritzia may be carrying the label in the future so keep an eye out!

So in terms of trends, 90's seems to have bulldozed 80's out of the way. Everyone is wearing platforms and clogs (seriously) and army jackets are everywhere. I haven't seen too many crop tops but flower shorts are really big as well. And the lighter your denim the better. And as you can tell from my purchases, thrift stores are big here. It's the only way people can afford to live in the city and stay in style.

Cashier Got Style.

I stole some shots of Tare-bear before I left work the other day.
What I love about Taras style is that she has key Aritzia pieces in her wardrobe but most of her clothing isn't Aritzia, yet she is completely in tune with the styles and trends that not only represent Aritzia as a company but in the general fashion woooorrlllddd.

None other than Mz. Audrina Patridge wearing Joes Jeggings, that we have in-store right now
Not sure why but she was wearing them during a trip to Miami for the Superbowl.
They were also featured on the first episode of The Hills this season!

Staff Meeting.

On Sunday we had a mandatory staff meeting regarding the store, whats going on within' the company and ended it off with a fun style session.
